Magnesium anode with cast-in steel strap with 3/8″ holes for mounting.
- Widely used on fresh water steel hull service boats.
- Anode has a plastisol (polyvinyl chloride) coating which serves as an excellent current barrier shield.
- The plastisol coating is designed to be cut away from the anode as needed for adjusting surface area contact and current output.Magnesium anodes are effective and economical corrosion fighters that protect a variety of steel structures in fresh water environments, including:
